One network. Every country.
Euronodo is building a European e-commerce network of local companies, each with its own warehouse, so orders reach customers in days instead of weeks. In every country, we are selecting one partner to lead the local company as managing director and 49% shareholder.

The network
Local warehouses, local companies, one European network
Most online orders in Europe still travel for weeks. Euronodo keeps stock close to customers: each country has its own company, its own warehouse and its own team, connected to a shared group for sourcing, brand and technology.
A warehouse in each country
Stock is held locally, so delivery is fast and returns are simple for customers.
A local company, led locally
Each national company is run by its partner, who manages the office, recruits and leads the team.
A shared group behind it
The group handles sourcing from China, Brazil, Germany, Spain and the USA, plus brand and technology.

The partnership
You lead the company in your country. You own part of it.
Each country partner becomes managing director and a 49% shareholder of the national company, alongside the Euronodo group.
| Your role | Managing director of the national company, legally appointed. You run the local office, recruit and lead the team. |
|---|---|
| Shareholding | 49% held by you, 51% by the Euronodo group, as set out in the company's articles and the shareholders' agreement. |
| Bank account | Opened in the company's name. As managing director you have access to it, under the supervision and signing rules defined in the shareholders' agreement. |
| Remuneration | From the commercial launch: a fixed monthly salary of 4 times the local minimum wage, plus 1.5% of your country's revenue. In countries without a statutory minimum wage (Austria, Sweden, Norway), an equivalent reference is set in the shareholders' agreement. |
| Your commitment | You cover the formation costs of the national company, as a proof of commitment and in return for your 49% stake. The amount is confirmed in writing before you start: [FORMATION COST RANGE PER COUNTRY]. |
Who we are looking for: a resident or citizen of the country, able to set up and manage a company locally, available for administrative steps, and willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

FAQ
Questions candidates ask
Who owns the national company?
You hold 49% of the shares and the Euronodo group holds 51%. Both stakes are recorded in the company's articles and in the shareholders' agreement.
Do I have access to the company's bank account?
Yes. The account is in the company's name and, as managing director, you have access to it. The group supervises operations under the signing rules agreed in writing.
Why do I pay the formation costs?
It is the proof of commitment we ask of each partner, in return for a 49% stake in the company. The amount is confirmed in writing for your country before you begin.
Can my own lawyer review the documents?
We ask for it. Your lawyer reviews the file first, then works directly with the local law firm appointed by the group.
When does my salary start?
The fixed salary and the 1.5% revenue share start with the commercial launch, planned for December 2028.
